Here I am with two of my cakes the second time I was a guest chef on KQTV's "Alive At Five"cooking show.

I was teaching the viewers how to make a sugar rose from fondant.

It was an absolute blast and my hat goes off to all professional chefs who regularly perform their art on live TV and make it look easy!
